Simple exercise to improve working of heart?

The heart is hurt most deeply and frequently. Beginning in childhood, we are faced with pressures in study, love, work, family, and other relationships. The patient is advised regular intake of medicines after going through a couple of examinations. A physical exercise has been found very effective which could be followed without disturbing the regular course of treatment. Slapping the inner elbows and Neiguan acupoint first, for they are very closely linked with the heart. To relieve more severe symptoms, you can also slap on the chest and the back, particularly the middle area of chest and the corresponding area on the back. Heart disease is more severe than other critical illnesses. Patients with heart disease tend to be more afraid of pain than others.
