Clove water improves -SLEEP!
Cloves have been widely accepted as a very valuable spice. Clove oil has been widely used for comforting tooth-ache. It helps in gaining relief from knee-pain or muscular pains. Clove water has helped in gaining many benefits:

Clove water: Add 4-5 cloves in 100ml water and boil it for 5-6 minutes. The container of the water must be covered by a lid so as to ensure not to miss the vapors of the boiling water. After 5-minutes, the water must be allowed to cool for almost 60-minutes. The water has to be consumed 30-minutes before going to bed. Regular intake of Clove-water for 20-days may indicate encouraging results.
