Dates - A nourishing fruit & input for a ‘Healthy-drink’!
Dates are oval-shaped fruits consisting of a single seed surrounded by sticky, edible flesh and coated with a crinkly skin that shimmers from natural sugars.
It is good for your tastebuds. Dates benefit your body in a number of ways, nourishing your muscles, nerves, digestive system, immune system, blood pressure, brain function, and more.
The dates are chewed and seeds are thrown out - considering it to be a waste. But you will be surprised to note that date-seeds are equally beneficial for our body & health.
Instead of throwing the seeds - it should be collected, properly washed and dried under the sun or otherwise. The dried seeds being hard, have to be crushed in the kitchen and then it must be powdered in the mixy - making into a fine powder.
The powdered date-seeds can be stored in a glass bottle.
One table-spoon of powdered Date-seeds should be mixed in warm 300ml milk and consumed daily in the morning or evening. This would be a ‘Healthy-drink’ for grown-ups and children equally. Besides, it would enhance the sexual power of the adults.
