Comforting Dry-eyes by Acupressure!
Dry eyes, blurry vision, irritation/ eye-strain, or double vision can be comforted by massaging the acupressure points around the eyes resulting in improved eye-health.
It is believed that massaging specific acupressure points may provide relief for certain acute and chronic eye conditions. In no way - regular treatment from an Eye-specialist is compromised.
Acupressure points for the eyes:
a) Point in the middle of eye-brows (1st point)
b) Point at the end corner of each eye (2nd point)
c) Next point is in the middle, below the eye(on bone) (3rd point)
d) Lastly - a point on the nose-bridge/eye meeting point.(4th point)
Place a finger-tip on the left-eye(on designated point) and the thumb on the right-eye(designated point). Apply mild pressure on the point(rubbing effect) for 30 seconds. Then shift your finger and thumb to 2nd, 3rd & 4th point accordingly). You may offer rubbing pressure on the designated points 3-4 times in a day. It would offer you a soothing effect. You may continue for 15-20 days for a lasting effect.
