Are you healthy? Confirm with following tests! 1. B.O.L.T. Test : Body Oxygen Level Test. Take a deep breath through your nose and exhale through your mouth. Ensure that no air is left in your lungs. Now look into your stopwatch. How many seconds could you control yourself without breathing? 40 seconds - You are a fit person - Hale & hearty. 21-40 seconds - In this polluted world, you are still good. 10-20 seconds - Need to do some breathing exercise so as to strengthen your heart and lungs. Below 10 seconds - You have a weak heart and congested lungs. Hope you are consulting your Medical Consultant for proper treatment. You need to perform breathing exercises to improve the working of your lungs and regular walking exercises to improve blood circulation. 2. Body Balance Test: Stand in the corner of your home. Be relaxed - Try to stand on your left Leg(just one leg) and check in your stop-watch the duration for which you could perform it. Likewise try to stand on the Right leg(just one leg) and check the duration- you could maintain your balance. If you could stand for 30 seconds or above - You have good coordination between your head and body. Balancing above 60 seconds is advisable for healthy persons. 3. Strength of muscles: Try to lift a weight equivalent to 10% of your weight upto your waist - for a period of 30 seconds. If you could do it, you are a healthy person. If you are not able to maintain the 30 secs time or could not lift 10% of your weight - you must improve your performance through regular exercise and nourished food. Try it above 3-Tests will help you in maintaining yourself in good health.
